Kratka dečija trka na 200m

Pravo učešća imaju sva deca koja to žele, uzrasta do prvog razreda osnovne škole, uz pratnju roditelja. Trka je manifestacionog karaktera, bez prijavljivanja, pobednika i plasmana. Start trke je u 11 časova i 30 min, na Adi Ciganliji, Savski nasip, u blizini Veslačkog Kluba Beogradski Univerzitet, i trči se Savskim nasipom 100m u jednom pravcu i 100m nazad do cilja.

Trka na 7km i štafeta na 7km

Pravo učešća imaju svi građani, a deca od 14 do 18 godina moraju imati pismennu saglasnost roditelja/staratelja. Start trke je u 12h, na Adi Ciganliji, Savski nasip, u blizini Veslačkog Kluba Beogradski Univerzitet , i trči se Savskim nasipom 3,5km u jednom pravcu i nazad isto toliko do cilja. Cilj je na istom mestu gde je i start trke.

Spremite se za novinu na Spring Rollsu, odvažili smo se posle 5 godina. Dakle prijave za ovo malo takmičenje na licu mesta, pri preuzimanju startnih brojeva. Svi koji učestvuju na trci mogu učestvovati i u ovom eksperimentu. Ok možda ne baš svi jer nemamo mogućnosti. Četiri vežbe, zabava na prvom mestu, a tu je i takmičenje. KATEGORIJE

APSOLUTNI PLASMAN - ŽENE, MUŠKARCI I ŠTAFETE

Upustvo za trkače:
  1. Trkači/učesnici dolaze na dan trke, na terasu Veslačkog Kluba Beogradski Univerzitet radi podizanja startnih brojeva za trku počev od 8 časova i 30 min, a najkasnije do 11 časova i 15 min.
  2. Trkači/učesnici se presvlače i ostavljaju stvari u odgovarajućim šatorima koje obezbedjuju volonteri trke.
  3. Svaki takmičar mora da nosi isključivo startni broj koji je preuzeo lično za trku, u suprotnom biće diskvalifikovan. Startni broj obavezno stavite na grudi.
  4. Trkači/učesnici pre starta trke mogu koristiti mobilni WC (Toi-Toi), postavljen u blizini starta.
  5. Trkači/učesnici su dužni da prate upustva spikera i sudija na startu. Trkači/učesnici koji svojim ponašanjem narušavaju raspored i red na startu, biće udaljeni sa starta i diskvalifikovani.
  6. U 12h zvuk pištaljke označava start trke.
  7. Ne postoji vremenski limit za trku.
  8. Svi učesnici koji završe trku dobijaju medalju na cilju. Nakon završetka trke svima su dostupne okrepa (voda, voće i sl.) i mobilni WC (Toi-Toi) postavljen u blizini starta/cilja.
  9. Proglačenje prva tri takmičara u apsolutnoj kategoriji, muška i ženska kategorija, i prve tri štafete će se održati kod startne/ciljne kapije u 13 časova.
  10. Nakon proglašenja pobednika sledi dodela zahvalnica prijateljima humanitarne trke u 13 časova i 15 min, i Tombola za sve trkače/takmičare u 13 časova i 30 min.

Short race for kids at 200m

All children who want to participate in race, up to the first grade of primary school, accompanied by their parents, are eligible. The race is of manifestational character, without registration, winner and placement. The start of the race is at 11 o'clock and 30 min, at Ada Ciganlija, near the University of Belgrade Rowing Club, and it will run from start 100m in one direction and 100m back to the finish line.

7km race and relay on 7km race

All adult citizens have the right to participate, children from 14 to 18 must have the written consent of their parents / guardians. The start of the race is at 11am, at Ada Ciganlija, near the University of Belgrade Rowing Club, and it will run from start line 3.5km one way, and back through the finish line. Finish line is at the same place as the start of the race. Start and exchange in the relay race is at the same place. The relay turn is at 1.75km from the start / finish.

CATEGORIES

ABSOLUTE PLACEMENT - LADIES, MEN AND RELAYS

MANUAL FOR RUNNERS/PARTICIPANTS:
  1. On the day of the race runners/participants have to come on the terrace of the Belgrade University Rowing Club, to raise the race start numbers, in period from 8 am and 30 min 11 am and 30 min.
  2. Runners/participants will have where to change clothes and leave their belongings in appropriate tents provided by race organization, watched by volunteers on the race.
  3. All runners/participants have to participate with start number which she or he has personally pick up for race. All runners/participants must place the start number on chest.
  4. All runners/participants may use a mobile Toi-Toi, located near the start, before the start of the race.
  5. Runners/participants are required to follow the instructions of the announcers and referees at the start. Runners / participants who disrupt their starting schedule and behavior will be disqualified from the start and disqualified.
  6. At 12 o'clock the sound of the whistle indicates the start of the race.
  7. There is no race time limit.
  8. All participants who finish the race receive a medal at the finish line. After the race, everyone is offered with refreshments (water, fruit, etc.) and a mobile toilet (Toi-Toi) set up near the start / finish line.
  9. The announcement of the first three competitors in the absolute category, the men's and women's categories, and the first three relays, will take place near the start / finish at 1pm.
  10. After the announcement of the winner, we have Tombola for all runners/participants at 1 pm and 15 min.
